So I'm in Tulsa stayin with my brother and sis in law. It's a good break from the recent misfortune at my last job. I guess you could say that real estate isn't my dream job. Anyway, all I can do now is wait on God for my next step. Although, in the meantime, I am taking care of my grandmother and striving through every minute of it. For the first time in my life, I'm learning to love her. God is good.

Right now my trial is fear of pain, but not my own, rather fear that I may inflict pain on someone I care about.

Ok so I'm coming home this Saturday after all, but I'm driving my brother's truck and it's a standard, ya I know, so pray for me because I just learned today when my brother told me to take it back to Tulsa from Stillwater where he lives. It's an hour and a half drive, I made, but I was scared and I have to drive it home Sat. I could have waited for a couple of wks. or so ,but I didn't want to be away from you wonderful people any longer. I love you all and until Saturday.

I'm missing home more than ever, but I 'm still torn because I've met some really great friends in the past week that I'm going to be sad to leave. I don't understand why I finally met some Christian guys after all this time of not meeting any. Why the timing? Oh well, at least my bitterness is slowly dissapating as I meet people who are real Christians.

Okay so I'm looking for a roommate for one of my father's two bedroom trailers; it's not the most beautiful on the outside but he has re-done the inside. Anyway, if any one's interested, post a comment.

Also, I want to plan an all girls camping trip when I get back; I've been craving a good camp out.

God is so good! I am so excited about His plan for my life. I know that I must be patient right now, but someday my time will come. I am confident of that because my passion for my calling grows stronger every day. I've been praying about my feeling like a failure and God has shown me so much about what my purpose has been for coming to Tulsa. Thank you Jesus for my life!

Think on This:

Remember when getting high meant swinging at the playground. the worst thing you could get from girls was cooties. dad was your hero and mom was the girl you were going to marry. your worst enemies were your siblings. race issues were who ran the fastest. war was a card game. the only drug you knew of was couqh medicine. The only thinq you smoked was the tires on your bike. the only thinq that hurt was skinned knees & the only thinqs that can get broken were your toys. life was simple and care free, but what i remember the most was wanting to grow up.

Repost this if you miss them days...
